Chloridox Forte Oral Powder

Composition:

Each 100gm contains:
Tylosin Tatrate                                     10gm
Doxycycline HCI                                  20gm
Colistin Sulphate                                 5gm
Bromohexine HCI                                0.5gm

Indications:
Chloridox Forte Oral Powder is indicated in infections caused by Tylosin, Doxycycline and colistin sensitive micro organisms in poultry. Especially in Poultry for Respiratory problems and mycoplasma infections. Mostly effective in acute and chronic respiratory disease such as Coryza and CRD (for both upper & lower respiratory problems) and also inhibit early chick mortality.

Doasge and Administration:
Poultry
Prevention Dose: 1gm Chloridox Forte Oral Powder per 4 Ltrs of drinking water for 3-5 days.
Treatment Dose: 1gm Chloridox Forte Oral Powder per 2 Ltrs of drinking water for 3-5 days.
